I’m Spyros Lambas, founder of The Rebuilt Coach.

I help men rebuild their confidence, identity and direction through life’s more challenging periods, so they can show up at their best—in their own lives, at work and in the teams and communities around them.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in leadership and operations, building teams and guiding people through demanding, high-pressure environments. In senior operations roles, I led more than 240 employees across multiple depots, with responsibility for performance, safety, engagement and day-to-day service. I learned that strong teams aren’t built by targets alone. They depend on trust, clear communication, accountability and how people treat one another when things get tough.

Football has also been a big part of my life for almost two decades. I’ve been involved as a paid community-level player, a referee and now a coach. Sport has shown me how much confidence, connection and team culture can shape the way people perform—and how important it is for men to feel part of something bigger than themselves.

My own experience of rebuilding through a challenging chapter gave me a personal understanding of how easily men can lose their sense of direction while carrying pressure on their own. It also showed me the value of honest reflection, supportive relationships and taking responsibility for the next step.

That experience, together with my background in leadership and sport, shaped The Rebuilt Coach. I help men build self-awareness, confidence and emotional intelligence; communicate more openly; follow through on their commitments; and contribute to stronger, more respectful teams and relationships.

Through one-to-one coaching and facilitated sessions, I help turn those ideas into practical actions men can use in everyday life—at home, at work and on the field.

My aim is to help men back themselves, support the people around them and create stronger teams and cultures wherever they are.
